Description

Light, bottom-fermented Pilsner type beer. Olaf is a mature lager that maintains a delightfully delicate balance between sweetness and hop bitterness. This brew boasts a long-lasting, full flavour and a pleasant bitterness, which lingers in the mouth long after the last sip. In order to produce the beer it has to be brewed carefully, fermented cold and ripened for a long time.
